Personal Injury Litigation

$650,000.00 jury verdict, Premises Liability. Client sustained complex orthopedic and spinal injuries sustained in a fall from a truck ramp/loading platform at a commercial warehouse in Philadelphia.

$450,000 settlement following arbitration, Automobile Accident. Client sustained upper body injuries in head on collision with truck in Deptford, Gloucester County, NJ.

$335,000 settlement following arbitration, Premises Liability. Client suffered broken femur in fall in parking lot of supermarket in Mt. Laurel, Burlington County, NJ.

$315,000 underinsured motorist arbitration award, Wrongful Death. Client struck and killed in an automobile/bicycle accident in Tabernacle, Burlington County, NJ.

$250,000 uninsured motorist arbitration settlement for injuries sustained in automobile/bicycle accident in Moorestown, Burlington County, NJ.

Arbitration resulting in confidential settlement. Premises liability claim against a national retailer for orthopedic injuries caused by falling merchandise.

Mediation resulting in confidential settlement. Product Liability claim against major manufacturer of athletic shoes for serious injuries attributed to alleged design defect.

Business Litigation

Collections – the firm handles a large volume of collection matters large and small, from unpaid homeowner associations recovering unpaid assessments and fines, to larger contracts where balances are owed for performance of professional services.

Condominium/Homeowner Association Litigation -

Claims against Government – represented importers of damaged US coins under the “Mutilated Coin Redemption Program” in claims against the United States Mint and The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection.  Civil suit was filed in United States District Court to recover multi-million dollar shipments of coins that were detained at the border or refused for processing by the US Mint.

Claims against utility company – represented owner of multiple solar power facilities in litigation against Public Service Electric and Gas Co (PSE&G) related to the manner in which PSE&G conducts its “Solar for All” at cost to consumers in excess of $500 million dollars.

Shareholder Litigation – represented members and/or shareholders of businesses in disputes related to breach of fiduciary liability, breach of operating agreements and violation of non-compete covenants.

Estate litigation – represented heirs and/or executors in claims related to the distribution and administration of estates.
